Can the mailman smell or open the package?
The mailman cannot open up any package. Any person willing to do so must possess a license. Packages are vacuum sealed so, they can’t smell.
How long does it take to receive my package?
Delivery time depends on the customer’s desire and location. We do 24 hours of express delivery, 48 hours delivery.
What country do you ship from? Do you ship Internationally?
We ship to Europe, USA, and Canada only.
How do you ship? Will I have to sign for a package? Do you deliver to P.O boxes? Do you provide tracking?
Orders are shipped from our main Branches in the US text /call. +1 (720) 526 2609 or email@example.com service. We can also use FedEx, UPS, USPS, and EMS depending on buyers location and desire. You will NEVER have to sign for a package from us. Yes, we deliver to P.O boxes. Yes, we provide tracking information.
What is your return/refund policy?
In the unlikely event, you make a purchase from us and receive a bud that is of very poor quality, we want to make it right. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your package to let us know there is a problem, and we will work with you to reach the best possible resolution, whether that be arranging for a return or a refund.
